Green Initiatives in School Wellness Webinar

Time: 2 PM – 3:30 PM CST
Please distribute this widely to your State School Nutrition Associations, School Board Associations, Action for Healthy Kids, Parent Teacher Organizations, and other organizations that target teachers, school nurses, educators, administrators, and other local wellness policy partners.
Participation is free, but registration is required by Friday, December 11th. This will qualify for 1 CEU from the School Nutrition Association, which can count towards certification renewal.

Since 2002, Action for Healthy Kids teams have successfully implemented dozens of programs to help make schools healthier and we’ve just made it easier to find out about them. Schools and volunteers also are invited to submit their own success stories through the site. Learn more »

There are more ways than ever to get involved and take action for healthy kids and schools. You can get involved with the Action for Healthy Kids team in your state or organize special events such as a ‘family fitness night’ with Action for Healthy Kids’ resources.
